The Centre d'expertise Marie-Vincent works towards developing specialized services as well as innovative tools for sexually abused children, aged 12 and younger.

To do so, the Centre has developed 4 types of expertise working together in sharing research and knowledge in 3 different spheres of activity.

Clinical Services

By offering specialized services to child sexual abuse victims and their parent(s).

Research

By integrating research done by the Chair interuniversitaire Fondation Marie-Vincent sur les agressions sexuelles envers les enfants at the Centre.

Training

By offering training programs that will help enhance knowledge and lead to best practice concerning child sexual abuse.

The synergy created by the 3 spheres of activity leads to the development of an advanced expertise concerning child sexual abuse.
